Winner is chosen at random from all valid entries returned by the participants.
To take part, all entrants must fill in their name and email and contact details, plus a contact phone number and agree to be contacted by Charlotte Webb Photography for marketing purposes.
The Prize Draw Winner will agree to have their name and approved images used by Charlotte Webb Photography for advertising and marketing purposes.
The prize includes one £250 voucher to spend at Charlotte Webb Photography towards any product or package.
The copyright for all photography remains the possession of Charlotte Webb Photography as is standard in all photographic shoots, though the winner is able to use their photographs as they see fit.
The closing date for this Prize Draw is 14th April 2025 at 11.59pm. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the competition closing date. The winner will complete their photo shoot and image order by 30 September 2025. After this time, we cannot guarantee the photo shoot can occur or files can be delivered. Participants can only enter once, with one email address. All email addresses entered for the competition will be stored and sent a regular newsletter from Charlotte Webb Photography. You will have the option to unsubscribe once the draw has closed and the winner has been announced. There is no cash alternative available. The prize can be transferred to another individual other than the prize winner but no other substitutes can be made. The winner will be picked at random and judged by a third party. The prize winner will be promoted as part of this prize draw, with first name, and location detailed. If the prize winner is not contactable after 14 days of attempted contact, then the prize will be offered to the runner up, also picked at random, via the same process. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants must be aged 16+ to enter. Charlotte Webb Photography reserves the right to change the rules applicable to the competition or void it at any time or for any reason. If so, all entries will be returned and email addresses voided. Charlotte Webb Photography accepts no responsibility or liability for costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included with the prize. If the prize winner chooses not to order any images from the shoot then Charlotte Webb Photography will be deemed to have honoured the prize as effectively as it is able. There is no alternative offering. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties. Charlotte Webb Photography reserves the right to extend the entry period and extend the date for prize announcement accordingly.
